Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Yesdelivery platform, related tools, and delivery services made available to you. By creating an account, booking shipments, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these terms.

Partners (including Beautiful Services)

Beautiful Services is an independent partner of Yesdelivery. Services, communications, or branding that reference Beautiful Services may be fulfilled using Yesdelivery technology, logistics partners, or operational processes. A reference to one brand does not change the fact that multiple operational or technology providers may be involved in completing a shipment. Partner relationships may change over time; where a partner provides customer-facing services, that partner remains responsible for its own obligations to you as described in your agreement with them, subject to these terms where applicable.

Role of Yesdelivery

Yesdelivery provides software, coordination, and related services intended to facilitate lawful parcel logistics. Yesdelivery is not a guarantor of any particular business outcome and does not supervise day-to-day conduct of every user, merchant, driver, or third party in real time.

Lawful use

You must use the platform and logistics services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to customs, dangerous goods, consumer protection, and data privacy. You are solely responsible for the contents of shipments, declarations, invoices, and any representations you make to buyers, recipients, or authorities.

Illegal activity and limitation of responsibility

Yesdelivery does not authorize or endorse illegal activity. Yesdelivery is not responsible for unlawful acts by users, customers, delivery personnel, partners (including Beautiful Services), or other third parties. This includes, for example, prohibited or undeclared goods, fraud, theft, mislabeling, sanctions violations, money laundering, or any other violation of law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yesdelivery disclaims liability for losses arising from such conduct. If you become aware of misuse of the services, you should contact support and, where appropriate, report the matter to competent authorities.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner (for example, by notice in the product or by email). Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
